NO FEEDBACK!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

So disappointing! I have tickets from Bellville to Klerksdorp for end April 2020, yet I have to postpone due to Corona. I have attempted in phoning them numerous times, yet there is NEVER answer. Furthermore, I have also sent emails via the website, yet no feedback.

This is pathetic! I would be so embarrassed!
