No Feedback from Customer care

I took my kids back to Polokwane in January 2015. On my way back to Jhb the air-corn were liking in the back on both sides. I ask my husband for the number of Greyhound in Jhb in order for me to report this. I sat in that water for the whole trip back to Jhb when I ask the lady on the bus if I can move because of this. Her answer was NO. I got so sick of that water and cold air. When I send customer care 5 emails. They will get back to me but up until now. I did not hear from anybody. I decided to never use Greyhound ever again. They people on the bus are rude and the customer service are really poor.
