NO Elderly Care

<p>Since my Varsity days Greyhound has always been my number 1 bus to travel from home(Kimberley) to Varsity(Johannesburg), but that stops today. I am so disappointed in your service.On Monday my mom went to book 3 Bus tickets for herself, my little sister and great- grandma. She specifically said she was travelling with an elderly person(88year old)(which she didnt have to because the ID said it all), not having travelled with greyhound she didnt mind checking the seat number on the ticket. Only to her surprise they had booked them upstairs When she asked if it was possible for her to sit downstairs she was told that she needed to have paid R150 extra per seat upon booking for her to be able to sit downstairs, which i fail to understand because no one told her this when she was booking. Not to mention that the bus was 3hours late. Now she has to struggle going up and down the stairs everytime my great-grandma has to go to the toilet.How inconsiderate can your staff be?</p>
