No customer service at all!!!!

Two tickets were bought at Shoprite Danabaai for travelling from Danabaai to Klerksdorp on 17 October 2024. In the meantime, my mom's and aunt's brother passed away in Pretoria and they had to rush there. We have been trying since 14 October 2024 to get a refund/partial refund from Greyhound. Have been sending mails on numerous occasions. Eventually got some feedback from Selesley Whittaker to send documents and death certificate. Have been following up on 2.12.2024, 9.12.2024, 11.12.2024, 12.12.2024 ang last time 7.1.2025. They just ignore you. I have received no feedback after I sent the documents. They are useless. Will not make this fault again in using them.
