No communication with Greyhound Coach lines

My son booked a trip from Port Elizabeth to Jhb but circumstances have changed and we need to cancel the ticket and request a refund. No one answers the phone at the call centre. Emails bounce back and there just does nor seem to be any way of communicating with them! How do we get the assistance needed??
