No communication or refund

We booked 2 seats from JHB to Mokopane (and back a week later) for early Feb 2026. Our plans changed, we cancelled our booking. I struggled daily for two weeks to telephincally get hold of someone in the refunds dept. Eventually Kuveshni answered took the call and sent me an email, i dicating that if I sent her all the required documents the same day, I would have my money back by end of that week. Needless to say, she didn't even recognize my email. To date, she never answered another phonecall or email. Here we are at 22 March 2026, without any answer or any money back. I would rather walk 300 km than ever booking with them again.
