Nightmare on the Greyhound Dreamliner Buss

Greyhound is too expensive to be rated 5 star as my whole trip from Mossel Bay was a nightmare!. 1. Chasing ****roaches whole day and night 2. Give people lift from one town to another 3. Aircon not working, over heated the whole journey.... everyone very upset 4. Down lights mot working....took a picture of how it has tape on 5. Got lost for 20min to find the Ultra Shell in Kimberly 6. Forgot a passenger in Porchestroom (Pensioner) and when they told one of the drivers, he just threw his hand 7. And still charged me adult prices for x2 4 year olds And last but not least, very unprofessional conduct from the drivers/staff Actually deserve a 0 (zero) rating from me and my family.
