Book ticket for 82year old man on dream liner who has cancer, other illness and had operations. Bus late and then it's a normal coach. Rude staff on bus. We did not make a sence or complained. People don't use greyhound. Use Intercape, I used them for years and my family as well. Bad judgement on my behalf to have booked greyhound. Dreamliner turns to nightmare express.
