Nightmare experience

Arrives more than an hour late on my out out trip and nearly 2 hours late to my destination. On the return trip they were 2 hours late for the pickup and more than 3 hours late to my home destination.

The insides are falling apart. More than halve the seats downstairs had broken back or the back part with the tray and cup holder is totally missing.

They cannot control the heating from inside the bus they had to enter the engine compartment to do that. That was after it became unbearably uncomfortable
