Never use Greyhound busses

Worst experience ever! never ever using the Greyhound group again. I'll only use Intercape from now on. The 20th December was terrible. Our bus was 4 hours late at Park Station, we had already been waiting 5 hours for a City Liner connecting bus only to have to wait a further 4 hours. Staff disappeared and us the commuters had to run around figuring out what was happening, finally in desperation we went to the Intercape terminal to ask for help, what beautiful people who work there, they really did all they could for us by giving advice and smiling. Then when I finally found a Eldo Coaches staff member outside the toilets, I asked what was going on with our bus, he turned to me and said the bus was not his problem, and if we dont like it we can book elsewhere, then he turned his back on me. When the bus eventually arrived it was not the luxury coach class we had paid for, and it was infested with roaches, super uncomfortable seating and the charging ports didn't work, so I couldn't work while in transit. No leg rests as advertised.. No no no NEVER AGAIN!!!
