Never use greyhound bus!!!

Bus 13374. Date 07September 2023 This bus service is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced. Firstly the bus delayed without any notification. The bus attendees don't have any people skills. They speak to clients the way they want to. Secondly because the bus was late we skip stops. Upon arrival in Bloemfontein. A lady who works for greyhound came to shout the guy behind me because she wanted him to give up his seat for someone else. She shouted at me as if she paid for my seat as well. I would never advise anyone to use these busses , they are not what they used to be before they closed down! Clients pay your salary. Learn customer service and people skills! Your service is pathetic!!!!!!
