Never use Greyhound

I am extremely disappointed in the service of Greyhound and will never make use of the company again.

My fiancé had to travel from the Paarl to Potch 20:00 on 14 January 2023. The bus arrived an hour late at the pickup, we received no notification that the bus was running late and almost left.

Secondly the charging ports were not working in the bus, this is an extra that the company promise to clients. We made no provision for an extra source of power to charge a phone.

Lastly, when the bus reached Beaufort-West and had to refill on Diesel the company’s card kept declining. This delayed the bus for almost two hours at the stop.

This is unacceptable, we pay for a service which is not what it promises to be and is not punctual at all. We travel frequently via Intercape and never experienced such horrific service.

My fiancé had other appointments he had to tend to today, but had to cancel because of the tardiness of The Greyhound. Something to be ashamed of.
