Never ever use Greyhound. I repeat don’t use their bus service

Greyhound should consider closing down for good this time around. I’ve never seen an *********** company like this one. On the 3rd of May I booked the bus to Pretoria for 06:30 only for them to say the bus has broken down thereafter I requested for a refund I was then told I can’t request for refund for a delayed bus but however they can give me a ticket a following day of which I agreed.The bus was for 06:30 2 hours later I’m still waiting for the bus. I wish I could rate them 0 they don’t even deserve 1 star
