NEVER BOOKING GREYHOUND EVER

You only came back to provide trash service huh? I booked a ticket online from Pta to King Williams town for 19 April 17:00pm)..First of all the ticket is written it will depart from Motorchurch Terminal,had to phone and enquire about this place. Only to be told i have to go to Bosman..Secondly, we arrive at Bosman at 16:00pm we enquire at Eldo/Greyhound Office .the very RUDE assistants tells us the GREYHOUND bus is on its way.. an hour later no GREYHOUND on sight We enquire again around 17:15 the lady tells us the bus has left mind you we have been seated outside all along the was no GREYHOUND bus or no one informed us if another bus will take us(ELDO)....and then we are informed to board Eldo and we will switch in Midrand...when we got to Midrand the bus had left already for Jhb. GREYHOUND is not back you will only be met by ****en ELDO coaches..Im ****ed...There is no order or what so ever
