Never again!!!!!

The worst experience ever! I will never recommend anyone to travel with greyhound busses ever again. My family and I, traveled from Ermelo to Durban. Firstly, the ride was terrible, there was something wrong with the bus, when we were going uphill the bus bus almost came to a complete stop halfway uphill and felt like it was struggling to drive it out. Nothing on the bus worked. NO AIR-CONDITIONING, NO CHARGING POINTS, NONE OF THE LIGHTS INSIDE WORKED and there was ****ROACHES on the bus. Our first stop was in Piet Retief, where we were allowed to buy something to eat and drink. Then it became worse, the driver stopped to drop off passengers in Vryheid but no one else was allowed to buy something, SIX Hours later we stopped at Empangeni at a place where we could not get any refreshments, and the drivers became rude when I asked where will we be able to get some water for the kids, they told me that they can stay thirsty until we stopped at our destination. The next stop at Richards Bay, was just as bad, my son quickly ran into the shop to get some water, then the drivers wanted to leave him behind. When I told them that I am going to complain and report them, both of them told me that I can report them they don't care. I literally sat at their door because they already closed the passenger door to plead with them not to leave my son behind. 4 Km before Durban we stopped and the driver spoke only in his own language, a Lady that sat close to us came to me and told us that we are changing busses. So, we got on another bus entirely, (Eldorado bus) We finally reached our destination 23:47. Almost 2 and a half hours later than the arrival time was supposed to be, meaning, we missed our accomodation that stayed open just for us, (an extra half hour). We had to book in at the closest hotel that we could find at that time of the NIGHT!! As I said, The worst experience ever!
