Never again

This is the worst I have even experienced in my life. I book with greyhound for two people which was fine so unfortunately the one person had to cancel because of work related issues. I asked them for a refund which I did fill in the forms and sent them the necessary documents mind you I have put in the claim in on the 6th of June 2024 and I was told it will reflect in my account after 21 day and I didn't had a problem it's the 16th now and I have to call after them and I keep on getting stories. Unfortunately they have just lost another customer and their managers are not even answering your calls when you want to talk to them.
