My Shocking experience on greyhound bus

On the greyhound bus the seat i had to sit on was a broken seat and all the way from bloemfontein to east london I was poked by the seats springs I had my 3 year old child I had to look after,i couldnt sleep,it gave me bruises on my upper legs and it was the most uncomfortable bus ride and experiece ever.i never sat in my seat number either,i ride the Greyhound bus because we get seat numbers and was shocked to hear a lady tell me that the hostess just told everyone to sit anywhere,we never even had a seat yet and the lights in the bus went out and the bus started driving already,nobody came to check on us they just didnt care,This is nonsense,i am disgusted!! Utterly Disgusted!!
