My poor nose and bad management

This bus service is always convenient to use for me as it associate with online booking and Discovery Vitality. To my dismay this bus was stinking. The toilet was dirty and mind you I used it when I got in in Midrand. It should have been spotless. There were passengers who were drinking and causing havoc but nobody from the bus service told them they were a distraction. I couldn't even lean against the seat as it was smelling. We travelled to Durban but as soon as we left PMB the bus broke down. It's not serviced and not clean. That was not a great experience as many of us had transport arrangements and I needed to get home ASAP as my brother had just passed. The bus that took us to Dbn from PMB was a sewage disaster. I got off the bus with a headache from the smell of that unclean toilet. It was the longest ride ever and I'm also complaining to Vitality about this partnership it's just a bad idea and taking their name through the mud. I'm so disappointed.
