My mother did not get her lagguege to day from Capetown , Greyhound again.

Sometimes I ask my self why do we even use this buses, I which there were more options it is such a shame especially if you from Eastern Cape. My mother book a bus yesterday from Cape Town to Umthatha. When she arrived she did not have a luggage, they gave her luggage to a wrong person witch they can not even trace because they did not put a sticker o that luggage, REALLY. My mother who is 73 years old is frustrated at home. How possible the driver did not put a sticker on the luggage. They told my mother to go back to Umthatha Greyhound offices tomorrow. She must use more money to go to greyhound she's tired. I am very frustrated.
