Multreatedat the Greyhound bus

I am from Bisho King Williams town and l slept the whole night in the bus this morning when we arrive at Park Station they told us that Midrand and Pretoria must jump off and goes to another bus mind do the bus was delayed due to rain with that tiredness we must jump off again and be staffed stuffed in another bus and wait for them calling and asking people where are they going so that the bus to be filled the process takes plus minus 45 minutes and they don't pack our back nicely they throw them in a trailer l am not a happy customer at all please assist imagine with kids and luggages up and down this is not fair please assist me ana others from King Williams town l was using bus number 2446 the one l was stuffed in ia double decker I didn't check the number thank
