Greyhound should close down, now that they dont have white clients the service is very bad, their buses not clean , no heater in this cold winter , they never on time, i paid a fee for grayhound but i was transfer to a Citiliner and the drivers were very rude about... safety was not even considered when we were moved no one was checking if people were taking there bags , in the cold we had to move from our bus to another.... i'm so upset i want my money back... ********** 673
