Movieplaye****reyhound Bus Explicit *** N VIOLENCE

on the 2/05/2015 i was travelling from mthatha to johannesburg on a grehound bus they played a movie called 12 years of Slavery which had explict *** and violence scenes. i'm not sure what critirea is used when choosing the movies that should be played on the coaches does Greyhound consider age restiction and sensitive viewers that are on their coaches that was a terrible experience for me because i tried knockiing on the door for the 2nd driver to remove it but i was ignored and only got to see the drivers after 2 hours when we stoped for a break. There was no hostess on the bus am not sure why? the bus smelled like urine because my seat was right by the toilet why is it the greyhound does not take pride in servicing it valuable customers. Secondly i have noticed that the grehound buses travelling to the EC particulary Mthatha line are always the oldest but PE,DBN, CPT and EL get preference to business class luxury and new buses. I honestly feel that Mthatha line is being discreminated against and i need clarity why is that the case we are no differnt to the clients in ur other towns.
