Most disgusting bus service in business!!!!

This bus service must CLOSE DOWN. The bus delayed for 4 hours, without any feedback from regarding the delay. A passenger had to call the customer hotline, to find out this out. We where the promised a bus at 10pm, of which one only came at 1:30am. We were then surprised by the quality of the type of bus sent. Narrow seats that cannot be adjusted, and this is from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg. Now, after 6hrs on the road, we once again delayed, as they hired another bus service, informing them that diesel monies will paid later... Now these drivers is waiting for diesel money, delaying us even further on this most uncomfortable bus. I am disgusted by this bus service. They should close down!!!!!
