Missing luggage

I was in a greyhound bus that left johannesburg on the 25/09/2024 at 18:45 from parkstation to east london, when we got to east london I find out that one of my luggage is missing with my 3 pairs of sneakers, toiletry bay, ID, driving License, house keys, my cardholder, few items of clothes. The driver did not check the tags to confirm the owner b4 giving them.
