Missing bags and refusing to assist

On the 16th of July 2024 i took a greyhound bus from Vanderbiljpark to Cape Town they didn't label our bags and i ended up loosing all my clothing after they said they going to send sms to everyone asking if they didn't take the wrong bag they never reverted back to me

They then told me that it wasn't their problem that my bag got missing and now am literally living in Capetown with two outfits of clothing

They refuse to meet me half way to replace my lost bag mind just the bag alone cost 8000r the content is well over 10000r
