Misrepresentation

<p>I am so discounted with the Greyhound service today. I booked a 10:15 bus from durban to Midrand for the Greyhound. but we were made to take the Megacoach which was not what I paid for. Had I been advised that I was not going to ride in the Greyhound coach, I wouldn't have booked the bus. This was really a misrepresentation of their service to me!</p>
