misleading

I have had enough with greyhound customer service. The fact that i buy ticket for business class for R440 greyhound bus, but from jhb to pta we r always changed to cityliner bus. I would like to have half my money back please. This is really *******. They must say when we buy tickets that grey hound end in jhb so that we can use other bus companies.
