Miserable service

I'm very disappointed in Greyhound, I have claimed for my refund in the past 2 months but even today I haven't received any response from Greyhound. I keep on calling everyday and the call consultants just take my numbers and email address, then promise to contact me back but they never do. At this point I don't know what to do, because I have done all the necessary steps and sent all the documents but I didn't receive any response from Greyhound. 😪
