Minus Zero Rating. Nothing to rate.

My daughter and other passengers have been waiting for the bus from Empangeni to Durban which was scheduled to leave at 10h30. Even going down from Johannesburg it arrived an hour late. And this is supposed to be a premium bus - the cost of it!!!! 3 hours later, NO BUS. Rumours are that it is in Richards Bay, no ETA, No communication.
