Making People sick with very cold Aircondioners

Friday 27th June I took Greyhound Lite 2434 Bus from Durban Station to Pretoria with my 11 year old daughter

they froze us the whole night their airconditioner was extremely cold as a results my child got a flue because of that,by the time we got to Bosmans I couldnt even stand my ancles and knees frozen hands couldnt even type on a cell phone

because I also booked a ticket from Pretoria to Durban and it was departing at 8:30 am I taught it would be different but hell no we still froze till 13:00 or later now it was City Liner Plus 2404 if im not mistaken.

it winter Greyhound should speak to his drivers let them know that the airconditioner should not be that cold because of that they might lose customers and I am one of those
