Maintenance of Greyhound/Citiliner coach

I have travelled with Greyhound for some time and the standard of this service was like 5 star. What also made it comfortable was the hostess. And the Aircon and every plug point worked. THERE WAS ORDER. This time around, it's so disappointing... After covid, things went down hill. I got back to Pretoria on the 26th with the greyhound/Citiliner but when I stepped in, the whole bus smelt of urine. The whole single coach, smelt this way. I couldn't eat, I waited to reach my destination then have something to eat, the bus was so smelly... Everyone complained. Nothing about greyhound was good. Drivers had so bad attitude. Maybe they were taxi drivers before. No manners whatsoever. Basically the bus was dirty... The windows, the curtains, the seats (smelly) are dirty. These buses are not taken care of. On the 21st of December, the drivers stop at some area to figure out how they could fix something that was broken. No maintenance at all. I think Greyhound should close down completely. Greyhound has lost a lot of customers and still are. It's like driving in the old Putco buses. I loved greyhound. But now I rather just drive or take a flight ,instead of paying so much for this bus and get pathetic services. I'm sorry things got this bad... Hopefully Greyhound can upgrade and get back to were it was. People really loved this service.
