Firstly they cancelled the bus I was suppose travel with to EL on the 28th April was cancelled, I filled in refund forms thinking il use the same money to immediately book another bus, sent docs to Leesa and customer service email. After a week of not getting my money I phone! Only to find out they need more docs! What nonsense service is this
