Luggage Lost and bad service from Greyhound and Citiliner Coaches Lines.

Lost luggage

My luggage was collected by another passenger due to driver's negligence. I traveled by Greyhound my daughter and I bus from Eastern Cape to Johannesburg and their office at park station completed lost luggage form on Sunday morning and no time frame was given to me as to when I they going ro resolve it. We on festive season holiday me and my child and I didn't have any clothes to wear for the duration of time I was going to spend there so I had to buy new clothes from underwear since there was nothing in my position. I've been trying countless times to query with greyhound complain department and to my surprise no one wants to help me from all the number of emails I've sent and not even one reply. Staff are so rude in your call centre and unhelpful. I was inconvenienced and no one want to take responsibility due to break of security on their side and I'm very frustrated as I've exhausted all channels to find a closure in I don't recommend any one to use Greyhound, or if you do just expect anything can happened on your luggage if personally you don't look after it yourself. and when when you put through your claim they will only send you an email with their terms and conditions, and on their terms and conditions they say if they happen to pay your luggage because they are lost is a maximum amount of R1000.00 regardless how much your luggage was worth. and today is the 30th I have not even heard from anyone from the company about the payout or my luggage. and what really ****es me off, no action is been take on drivers for losing customers luggages and having a bad attitude towards the customers. the last time they sent me an email was on the 2nd of January 2020 until today with response either of them. Greyhound I think they no longer care for their client , i have travelled with APM Coches I would raite them 5 stars. with even this review im writing i doubt they will even look at it and respond to it.
