Lost my luggage, no feedback... clearly

<p>I have my luggage to the bus attendant in johannesburg station, i travelled to durban station, my umbrella was missing upon arrival, now all the staff say the same routine line " never saw it" " no.one has opened the trailor"... but i presented them with bothe tickets for luggage. Useless.</p>
