Lost my bag and wallet

I have used the bus from Durban to Pretoria on 7/09/2025 citiliner for 19:45.everything was fine until Johannesburg parks ration where the changed our bus to greyhound that was going to Pretoria, 2 minutes after that's were I noticed that I have left my other bag that was having few things in and my wallet was having R890 and all cards, I immediately tell the Greyhound bus driver that I have left my stuff in that bus, luckily the driver was having the citiliner drivers contact we called the driver and he confirmed that the bag is there but there is no wallet toy surprise my wallet was inside that back,he says he will give the driver from Durban my bag so Tha he can drop it at Pretoria station I should check in 2 days... Since from 9/09/2025 I have been calling greyhound /citiliner with no luck, every time I call they will tell me that they will call me back and they never call me back, like today I just called them still I could not get assistant

I am so disappointed, I really love greyhound /citiliner but the way I have been treated, I doubt I will ever use it again or advise someone to use it because it's clearly shows that we not safe at all, imagine my wallet with R890 and my bag just gone like that
