Lost Luggage

To Whom It May Concern at Greyhound I am writing to report the loss of my suitcase during my recent journey with Cityliner from Johannesburg to uMthatha. The details of my trip are as follows:

Trip Details - Bus Information: Ref: GHAWOHA, Ticket: GHAWOHA01, Service: 17202 - Departure: Johannesburg, January 31, 2025, at 19:00 - Arrival: Mthatha, February 1, 2025, at 07:50

Luggage Details - Luggage Label Number: *** - Contents: Gifts, clothes, bags, jewellery, makeup, sneakers, medication, and brand-new clothes valued at R20,000.00 I was given the luggage label number *** when my suitcase was loaded at Park Station in Johannesburg. However, when we arrived at our destination, my suitcase was nowhere to be found. I find it concerning that someone could remove a bag without producing the corresponding luggage label.

I would appreciate it if you could assist me in processing this for the lost luggage. Please let me know what additional information or documentation is required to facilitate this process.
