Lost luggage

My child was from Pretoria to Maclear in the Eastern Cape and her bag was lost it was on the 27 January. I made enquiries and faxed a claim thereafter but up to now there's no response. I feel that there's no urgency from this company & they don't even respond to my emails.It seems as if they don't care.
