Lost luggage

Place my luggage in the luggage department under the bus with all it's tags on. Left Johannesburg park station for Capetown. Only to find when I get to Capetown the bus drivers gave someone an extra bag... Reported the incident as soon as I got to Capetown sent numerous of emails still I am not been assisted.... When I call the call centre I'm told to open a new case sent emails to the still th e process takes for ever it's been two months with out my personal belongings... This company needs to be shut down cause the busses are not clean toilets smell...
