Lost Lugage with no help from Greyhound super frustrated

i am extremely frustrated by Greyhound, my son got on one of their buses travelling from his grandmother to boarding school and they never gave him his luggage due to some fault in their trailer. we still have no idea where his bag is and he is sitting in school without any clothes or uniform let alone a toothbrush and hand towel. i am feeling like this is the worst serves ever as nobody can give us any answers and we are helpless as we are in Gauteng and the child is in NW. all customer service people cannot give us answers and its been over 24hrs with no help.
