Loss of luggage

I had lost my luggage due to carelessness of their staff. This is a big problem for as I need clothes for an event of which I needed to attend on Saturday. I have called them over and over again to stress this issue. This is bull **** actually that I a customer loss my things due to their incompetence and they decide not to inform me about my claim and whether or not that I should wear the same set of clothes for over a week... They not even hinting on refunding me but they giving me people that no nothing about my claim giving me the run around. Should I bathe in God's grace and hope that I'll will be clothes and bathed by the time they actually take me seriously. This is ridiculous to say the least cause how does something go missing is you have a ticket for it and you are the only person that has a ticket to YOUR luggage
