Loss of luggage

Yesterday 5 January 2015 i took the City liner bus from Mosselbay to Bellville after visiting some friends when i took the bus I had my luggage labelled and put in the luggage department, when I arrived in Bellville my bag was nowhere to be found, I had and still have my reference sticker but they cannot find my bag. <br> <br> This meant that somewhere along the line they gave my bag to someone or they took my bag, I guess well never know because my bag is nowhere to be found. They now want to pay me R500 which wont even cover the cost of one pair of shoes. <br> <br> University will be starting soon and i don't have clothes or money to buy clothes thanks to Cityliner.
