Livid

Not only are the busses filthy and crawling with ****roaches, they are hardly ever on time, and the amenities on board hardly useful... their luggage retrieval systems are also quite deplorable! Another passenger was handed my bag yesterday on the ride from Pretoria to Polokwane because their rude driver didn’t check the sticker on the bag and whether it correlates to the one on the passengers ticket. Now I’m saddled with the responsibility of tracking down my belongs for a mistake that wasn’t mine to begin with. I urge Greyhound to not only contact me but to do so with a solid suggestion of how my property may be returned to me!
