Left unattended

Good day I was travelling on 04 may 2025 for my graduation ceramony with a bus frm parkstation to Queenstown,on our way there our bags fell of the bus then the bus driver stopped the bus and put the bags back inside the laguage storage door wasn't properly closed. Only to find out when i had to get off that my bag is missing i was left unattended by the bus driver telling me to call the headoffice Ive sent emails and till to date my matter hasn't been handled.
