Late once again! Mega tourer sent instead

Cape Town to Durban bus trip on 13/12/2015. First of all the trip costed R1000! The bus was 40 min late and nothing was communicated to any passages about this. Everyone was just left to stand and wait with no apologies or explanations from any of the staff. Then the bus we had to alight with no explanation was a Mega tourer bus instead of the infamous Dreamliner that we paid for. This is not acceptable from an international bus service. Wonder if anyone will be compensated in any way... After all R1000 one way in South Africa..... Need I say more.
