Late hound

<p>Booked a bus to durban for 9:15 for the 26,get to the bus station,the.bus is 30minutes late,they gave a bus to.drop us off at parkstation,as we were told we will find a bus waiting for us,its been a hour already waiting for the bus,no one is saying anything to us,what's the point if having a schedule then if they are always late,what time are we supposed to get to.durban,do they even think of our safety.......someone better explain asap.</p>
