Late Bus

I am extremely disappointed with you guys, the bus was scheduled to arrive in Johannesburg at 8:40 and now it is 10:45 it has not arrived, I could not attend my grandmothers funeral because of this, an hour is acceptable but now it is more than 2 hours.* Crying* I trusted you guys as I always do but you failed me dismally. If we got stuck or a serious issue I was going to understand, but no. There was no apology at all, I trusted you guys.
