Late arrival of the bus not updating passengers

I rate Greyhound zero they have the worst customer service we booked a ticket departing 5pm we waited for 2hour the bus was late they made us to stand with luggage for the 2hour no feedback no apologies when it finally arrived no 1 to check us in they are running around some on smoke breaks no more Greyhound
