Late and unsafe bus service

The bus is always late. It broke down on my last trip to my destination and broke down again twice en route back home. They have no roadside assistance and the poor driver is left to try and make a plan. The bus broke on an incline in the middle of nowhere and they didn't even have triangles to warn other vehicles, upon passengers complaining they put a fire hydrant at the back of the broken bus instead. Passengers were stuck on the road for hours with no relief. I eventually arranged for a friend to fetch me off the roadside. The busses obviously don't receive the required maintenance as they break all the time and are definitely not safe, they are also infested with ****roaches.
