bus is over an hour late and no courtesy given to customers, only after countless calls to call centre passengers notified of delay. Bus driver dis regards seat allocation and call centre agents assist in ignorance. Worst service ever. Not a bus to be used by right minded people. Been a greyhound/citiliner client for years and never received such bad service. Finding a new travelling bus
