Lake bus with *** service everything just ***

On a Greyhound bus at the moment and for the love of God what is going on. The service is borderline pathetic., the staff is standing around flirting with passengers and inconveniencing other passengers with no care in the world. We can't recline the seats because other passengers complain so I now have my son and my wife seated all scattered because no seats were assigned. REALLY? IN 2026? The standard of quality and service has fallen drastically. Should have just waited and used intercape. This is going to be a very long trip . Do better
